Review
Once your Quickbooks system is operating properly, we offer review services to keep your system in top operating form. These reviews can occur on your schedule as frequently or infrequently as you desire. Some of our clients like a monthly review which includes reconciliation of major balance sheet accounts, usually these are the smaller clients where one person is doing all the accounting entry and we act as the control point or second set of eyes. Most of our clients opt for a quarterly review, usually just a few hours to manage the accounting records by exception. We review and look for anything that doesn’t look quite right, items posted to OTHER, big swings in monthly fixed expenses, suspense accounts that haven’t been cleared. We prepare an audit report for you detailing our findings so you can make corrections with your staff. Some of our clients opt for as needed, whenever they feel something on the statements doesn’t look quite right, we help them identify the anomalies.
